We are building a partner network of NEXT REALITY real estate agencies. We transfer our know-how and business opportunities to partners, provide a sophisticated information system, regular training and ensure marketing.
WHO I AM
I am Petr Zelenka, director of the NEXT REALITY partner network, a manager and, above all, a lifelong optimist and athlete. I am still active in sports, life and work and I want to win. Success also includes losses, I know them too, but I always try to overcome them. I am a team player and leader who leads people to success.
And what is success for me?
Bob Dylan defined him as a successful person who gets up in the morning, goes to bed at night, and in between does what he likes. According to this motto, I am successful, both at work and in life.

SMART LIVING
Řešení financování bydlení pro podnikatele, cizince a osoby, které nedosáhnou na hypotéku. Projekt pro ty, kteří nemohou získat běžnou hypotéku, ale potřebují koupit nemovitost pro bydlení, ti všichni mohou využít družstevní bydlení. Projekt Smart Living patří do realitní skupiny NEXT REALITY, která v současnosti poskytuje své služby ve více jak 60 pobočkách po celém území ČR.
Družstevní bydlení je zajímavá alternativa klasického hypotečního financování bydlení. Bytové družstvo zakoupí nemovitost a vy máte výlučné užívací právo spojené s podílem a členstvím v družstvu. Splácení je formou anuitních splátek až na 30 let s možností splacení celé anuity. Výhodou je, že žadatelé nejsou limitováni věkem.

I have been working at NEXT REALITY since 2015, and all this time I have been creating my own know-how, which I like to pass on to my colleagues.
